About this program

One-on-one coaching is the fastest way to improve, because every minute is spent on the student in front of the coach. Sessions are built around the delegate’s actual next conference: the committee, the topic, the country. A coach works the research with them, drills their speeches, plans bloc and voting strategy, and sends written feedback after every session. Delegates who already compete use it to chase awards and gavels; newer delegates use it to move faster than a group ever could.

Curriculum

01Conference-specific research

Deep preparation on the exact committee and topics the student is about to compete in, down to country position and likely allies.

02Speech and delivery drills

Targeted work on the student’s speaking: structure, timing, points of information, and presence, recorded and reviewed.

03Strategy and diplomacy

Bloc-building, negotiation, amendments, and the timing of when to speak, when to caucus, and when to hold.

04Resolution and paperwork

Writing and editing resolutions, working papers, and position papers to a competitive standard.
