Coaches

Coaches from the circuit, not from a script

Every session is led by someone who has done this at a high level: run committees from the secretariat side, spoken on international stages, and judged the rooms your delegate will compete in.

What every coach here has to bring

The roster is small on purpose. We would rather run fewer sections with people who have sat on a dais than fill a schedule with tutors who have only read about one.

Time on the circuit

Coaches have competed in, chaired, or directed real committees, so they teach what a dais rewards rather than what a textbook lists.

A written record every session

Each class ends with written feedback covering research, speaking, and strategy. Parents see it too; nothing is left to a hallway summary.

The same training cycle everywhere

Drill, simulate, review, progress. Every coach runs the same loop, so a delegate moving up the ladder never restarts from scratch.
